HISTORY

Junaid is a well-respected and well-known figure who gained great popularity after serving as an outstanding musician for many years. He has worked as a leading pop artist who has tasted the highest value of his work. Although his decision to change his career left everyone shocked, Junaid worked as Naat Khuwan, a fashion designer, Brand Ambassador and Preacher of Islam for many years.

BIRTH

He was born on September 3, 1964 in Karachi.

EDUCATION

He graduated from Saudi Arabia’s Yanbu ’al Bahr High School. He dreamed of becoming a military pilot, which he could not achieve because of his poor eyesight. Later, he returned to Pakistan and was admitted to the University of Engineering and Technology where he did his Engineering. After graduating, Junaid joined the Showbiz industry.

 FASHION DESIGNER

After announcing his decision to quit Music, he became a tailor and introduced his clothing label ‘J.’ and one of his friends. Many people still use his clothes. The product contains only men Kurta Shalwars.

TRANSFORMATION

The artist who is famous for achieving a high level of success with his songs and albums has made the most important decision in his life and turned down his music career after dedicating himself completely to Allah. He became a Muslim preacher and spoke many Naats. His conversion made him very popular, and people began to take him for granted. His encounter with Scholar Maulana Tariq Jamil has changed him in many ways. He said goodbye to music permanently and started saying Naats on television. His Naat 'Illahi Teri Chaukat pai' is one of the most famous Naats of all time.

DEATH

One fine evening on December 7, 2016 on his way back from Chitral, on his way to Tableegi Jamaat, his plane crashed near Khyber Pakhtunkhawa. All members of the plane, including his wife, died on the spot. His death shocked everyone. On December 15, he was buried in Karachi while Namaz in Jnaza was led by maulana Tariq Jamil. Although several years have passed, her absence has greatly missed her friends and well-wishers. In 2018 he presented ‘Stara I Imtiaz. ''
