ProphetHood

At the age of 40,hazrat Muhammadصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم got prophet hood and was advised to preach Islam. The task  was not any easy one. first three year he preached secretly. from the 4th years he beagan to preach islam openly. it met opposition from all sides. the fury of quresh increased everyday. thay made all effort to stop. hazrat muhammad صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم from preaching Islam. hazrat muhammad صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم and his companions were put all sorts of torture which cannot be described in word they were confined to a narrow rockey place "Shib Abu talib" for about 3 years. soon hazrtat khadija died. a few month later abu talib also died and quraish became more furious and hazrat muhammad صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم decided to find a new field / place to avtivate islam. thus hijra took palce in 13th year of his prophet hood. he صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم and his companion migrated to madina where they recieved a waem welcome. at madina hazrat muhammad  صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم set up a government and grante equal right to muslim and non-muslims.

Say, [O believers], "We have believed in Allah and what has been revealed to us and what has been revealed to Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and the Descendants and what was given to Moses and Jesus and what was given to the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and we are Muslims [in submission] to Him.
