Meezan Bank’s Customers have stated facing issue in their online banking from Saturday 27 November 2021.
Note: This started after Habib Bank customers faced Duplicate Transactions from their accounts.
Meezan Bank users who tied to pay online have being declined payment, but payment have been deducted from their account. Bank’s helpline is not accessible due to heavy call traffic from the customers. However, on 28 November 2021, Meezan bank sent an SMS to its customers regarding the technical issue and assured that the unsuccessful transaction debited from their account will be reverted within 2 days.
They are working 24 hours to fix this issue as soon as possible.
Official SMS by Meezan Bank:
“Dear Customer, we are experiencing some technical issues due to which you might face some disruption in our services. If your account is debited for any unsuccessful transaction, it will be reversed in 2 working days. Our team is working round the clock to fix this issue and we thank you for your support and understanding.”
