Pakistan's passport remains the fourth-worst in the world.

In the third quarter of 2022, the Pakistani passport ranked fourth-worst on the Henley Passport Index, with holders having visa-free access to only 32 countries.

Dominica, Trinidad and Tobago, Micronesia, Vanuatu, Haiti, Montserrat, and Gambia are among these countries.

According to the Henley Passport Index Q3 2022, the Pakistani passport is the fourth worst in the world, trailing only Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan. The Pakistani passport was also the fourth worst in the world in the second quarter.

The Henley Passport Index ranks every passport in existence according to the number of places its holders can travel to without a prior visa.

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the research team at Henley & Partners provided the data used to create the index. On the list, there are 199 passports, and each one is compared to 227 potential trip destinations. As circumstances alter over the year, the score is modified.

Japan topped the list because people with Japanese passports can travel visa-free to 193 other countries. South Korea and Singapore, whose passports grant visa-free travel to 192 countries.
