GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCES CLOSURE OF SCHOOLS FROM DEC 15

QUETTA: The Balochistan government on Thursday announced the closure of all schools in the province since December 15, ARY News reported.

A notice has also been issued by the Balochistan education department about this.

According to the announcement, the provincial government has announced that it will close cold schools in the province from December 15. Schools will reopen on March 1, 2022.

Earlier, the Punjab government had closed all public and private schools three days a week from November 27, with their smoke detection rate.

The government has announced its decision amid the plight of smokers in order to reduce traffic congestion which has contributed to pollution and accidents.

From Nov. 15 to Jan 27, public and private schools and all private offices will remain closed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, the announcement said.
