The city has now topped the list of the best student cities for four years running.

The top five cities also included Seoul, Munich, Zurich, and Melbourne.

Although Dubai was placed 51st overall, it was the best in the Middle East.

The rankings were created by education consulting firm QS. It claimed that the cost of being a student has increased over time.

London was ranked first thanks to its excellent results in four other categories, including employer engagement and student diversity.

Although some institutions offer stipends, some guidelines caution that the actual cost of living may be far higher.

The QS rankings' findings are based on 98,426 students' reviews on their experiences while studying in a particular city.
